what's with the title and picture?

the picture; my motivational sign on my dream board at my desk. 

i was determined to enter the major on the picture and i only interested in choosing between two universities. which, by the way, my parents can only afford only one of them so... that left me with one choice. and it's not an easy one but thank god... i must be the luckiest person on earth.
